Program Information

The Machine Tool Technology program is a sequence of courses designed to prepare a graduate for entry-level employment as machine tool technicians. The program provides learning opportunities which introduce, develop, and reinforce academic and occupational knowledge, skills, and attitudes required for acquisition, retention, and advancement. Additionally, the program provides opportunities to retrain and upgrade present knowledge and skills. Completion of the program of study leads to a diploma in Machine Tool Technology.

A graduate may find employment as an machine tool technician or in a related field.
