Program Information
The Management & Supervisory Development
program is a sequence of courses designed to prepare a graduate
for entry-level employment
as a management and/or supervisor assistant or trainee. The
program provides learning opportunities which introduce,
develop, and reinforce academic and occupational knowledge
skills, and attitudes required for job acquisition, retention,
and advancement. Additionally, the program provides opportunities
to retrain and upgrade present knowledge and skills. Completion
of the program of study leads to an Associate of Applied
Science degree in Management and Supervisory Development.
A graduate may find employment as a management and/or supervisor assistant or
trainee or in related employment.
