In support of its mission and purpose, the West Georgia Technical College Radiologic Technology Program, has approved the following goals:

1. Provide comprehensive, high quality program for students entering the radiography program and for healthcare providers who employ the program’s graduates.

2. Promote good work ethical behavior to enhance graduates’ employability skills.

3. Encourage professional growth and development and desire for life-long learning.

4. Develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

5. Encourage good verbal and written communication.

6. Ensure graduate’s professional entry-level clinical performance and competency skills.
