- Click on the LOGIN button at the top right.
- Enter your User ID (Student ID Number or Social Security Number).
- Enter your PIN which is your six digit date of birth in MMDDYY format.
- You will then be required to change your PIN after your first login.
- Click on LOGIN (You will be asked to change your PIN. Your new PIN must be 6 numbers. You will also be asked to set a Login Verification Security Question and Answer).
- Please make a note of your Student ID Number, your new PIN and your security question and answer for future Banner Web login access.
- Click on the LOGIN button at the top right.
- Enter your User ID and click on the "Forgot PIN" button.

Q. What is Banner?
A. Banner is WGTC's integrated information management system.
Q. What will it do for students?A. Banner offers self-service access to your academic and financial information. You can access your Banner student account 24/7 online.
Q. What will I see on my Banner self-service account?A. You can review the College's course schedule, pay your tuition bills online, accept your financial aid online. You can also view your:
- Class schedule
- Financial aid payments
- Grades and Transcripts
A. Click on Banner Login. Use your User ID and PIN to access your account.
Q. What is a Banner self-service USER ID?A. Your Banner Web User ID is your student ID or your Social Security number.
Q. How do I get a PIN?A. Your PIN is your 6 digit date of birth in MMDDYY format.
If you forget your PIN, click the "Forgot Pin" button at the login screen and you will be asked to answer your security question.

Q. Why can't I view my grades?
A. There are two possibilities: (1) There may be a hold on your account. It will give you a prompt and allow you to see the type of hold; or (2) None of your grades have been posted yet for the current quarter.
