Do not affix any article, drill holes, drive nails, or screws in walls, ceilings, floors, woodwork, or partitions.

Do not affix any signs, advertisement or notices to the facilities or Center, inside or outside, or attached

No nails, tacks, screws or staples will be used on wallpaper, painted and plastered areas or wooden doors. Cellophane tape is not allowed.

No hay, straw, cornsilk, or other dry tinder materials will be used as decorations. Caution in the use of
helium is essential. Please notify conference services when your helium tank is delivered to get directions where to place the tank.

If fountains are used, mats must be placed under fountain to assure carpet will not be damaged if leakage occurs.

Confetti, bubble gum, rice, silly string, and luminaries are prohibited inside and outside of center.

The use of candles must in the center be approved by the center personnel. If approved, candles with globes must be used. Candle clean up cost or replacement cost for carpet and chairs will be added to the cost of the activity.

Requester will provide mats to place at the cake tables. This is to assure carpet will not be soiled from cake.

All extension cords must be taped down to insure safety.

Equipment and furnishings assigned to rooms may not be removed unless your written plan is approved. The Center staff and assigned personnel will be responsible for moving the furniture and/or equipment from the room.
