Can your computer support ANGEL software?  Technology Requirements

If you experience a problem accessing your online class, always email your Online Instructor first. 

Step 3
If your computer meets all requirements and your instructor is unable to help you with technical support, please submit your tech support request by accessing http://onlinehelpdesk.westgatech.edu.

Be sure to provide as much information as possible. Please complete the form by clicking on the online helpdesk link and then clicking the Create a New Request Form button on the helpdesk page.

Include the CRN# or Course Name/Number and your Instructor's Name in the the problem description. Failure to do so will prevent tech support from being able to address your problem.
