Through the vision of the City of Carrollton leadership and the Carrollton Payroll Development Authority, a plan took shape in 2010 to bring the administrative offices of West Georgia Technical College to 401 Adamson Square in Downtown Carrollton. The West Georgia Technical College Foundation, in cooperation with the City and the Authority, has overseen extensive renovation work allowing 401 Adamson Square to be once-again active in the economic vitality of Downtown Carrollton. The Adamson Square Location houses the offices of the President and the various Vice Presidents of the College; the Economic Development Division, including classes and testing offered through Continuing Education; the offices of the WGTC Foundation; and the Institutional Advancement office, including marketing, public and board relations and legislative affairs.
