Facilities Supervisor - American Home Shield

Ensures building and grounds maintenance needs are met by providing necessary reports, routine checks and preventive maintenance and minor repairs, and utilizing outside contractors as necessary.
Completes all minor electrical, plumbing, heating appliance and equipment preventive maintenance and repairs
Directs outside contractors in the maintenance of all buildings’ exteriors and interiors and grounds.
Arranges appropriate safety checks and assists with disaster recovery planning, drills and equipment.
Initiate the purchase of an adequate supply of maintenance materials and building supplies
Initiates communication with all departments to ensure maintenance and/or storage needs are met.
Performs routine maintenance duties in the building and on the grounds.
Coordinates vehicle maintenance, record retention file updates and assists with mail room duties.
Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or up to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Associates degree preferred with one to three years of experience. Prefer twelve months facility supervisory experience.

Other Qualifications:Must possess a valid drivers license. Prefer Facility supervisory experience. You must have the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Problem solving, customer oriented, dependable, adaptable, manual dexterity

Regular attendance is required.

Shift: varies due to business needs, availability to come to the center when called after hours
