By-Laws
The West Georgia Technical College Foundation, Inc. is operated
for the sole benefit of West Georgia Technical College, a state-assisted
institution which operates as a unit of the Technical College System
of Georgia. The foundation is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) organization. The purpose of the West Georgia Technical College Foundation, Inc.
is to promote the cause of higher education, to expand educational
opportunities, to acquire real estate, and to acquire and administer
funds which shall be devoted to these objects and purposes. The corporation
shall create scholarships and endowments, assist in financing capital
improvement, and promote programs for the development of West Georgia
Technical College, which is located at One College Circle, LaGrange,
Georgia 30240.
