of Examiners of Licensed
Practical Nursing.
The Automotive Technology program is certified in all training
areas from the National Institute

West Georgia Technical College Medical Assisting Program
is accredited by the Commission on
Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs upon
the recommendation of the Curriculum
Review Board of the American Association of Medical Assistants
Endowment (CRB-AAMAE).

Guarantee
The Technical College System of Georgia has developed curriculum
standards with the direct involvement of business and industry. These
standards serve as the industry-validated specifications for each
program of study and allow West Georgia Technical College to offer
its business partners this guarantee:
"If one of our graduates, who was educated
under a standard program and his or her employer agree that the
employee is deficient
in one or more competencies as defined in the standards, West Georgia
Technical College will retrain that employee at no instructional
cost to employee or employer."
This guarantee applies to any graduate employed in his or her field
of study. It includes failure to pass a State of Georgia required
licensing examination and is in effect for two years after graduation.
