Program Description
The Supervisor/Management Specialist Technical Certificate of Credit program is designed for those participants who choose not to pursue the full degree program in Management and Supervisory Development. It consists of a sequence of courses that serves as an introduction to the basics of supervision and or management. Additionally, the program provides opportunities to retrain and update present knowledge and skills. Completion of the program of study leads to a certificate in Supervisor/Manager Specialist.

Length of Program
A minimum of 20 credit hours is required for graduation. A full time student can expect to complete the program in 1-2 quarters.

Employment Opportunities
Graduates of the Supervisor/Manager Specialist Technical Certificate of Credit program will be prepared for entry level management positions in public and private business and industry settings.
