Q. How can I access my Self Service Banner account?

A. Click on Banner Login. Use your User ID and PIN to access your account.

Q. What is a Self Service Banner USER ID?

A. Your Self Service Banner Web User ID is your student ID or your Social Security number.

Q. How do I get a PIN?

A. Your PIN is your 6 digit date of birth in MMDDYY format.

If you forget your PIN, click the "Forgot Pin" button at the login screen and you will be asked to answer your security question.

Q. Why can't I view my grades?
A. There are two possibilities: (1) There may be a hold on your account. It will give you a prompt and allow you to see the type of hold; or (2) None of your grades have been posted yet for the current quarter.
