WGTC Financial Aid

Students who apply after the financial aid deadline may not have book vouchers or financial aid credited to their accounts at the time classes begin. If you apply late (includes having an incomplete file), it is your responsibility to cover your fees until you can be reimbursed. We recommend students take care of their financial aid needs, weeks in advance of the deadline dates, by familiarizing themselves with the school’s calendar.

The mission of the Financial Aid Office is to assist students in identifying, understanding and meeting their educational costs. The Office of Financial Aid is committed to the highest level of customer service and effective, efficient delivery of financial assistance from federal, state and private sources to all WGTC students.

Are you planning on enrolling Fall 2014, Spring or Summer 2015 semesters? View our Financial Aid ChecklistPDF for additional steps in completing your financial aid.

To be considered for FINANCIAL AID (Pell, HOPE, Loans, etc.), you MUST complete a 2014-2015 FAFSA!
