The Knights Cheerleading program is a recent addition to Athletics at West Georgia Technical College. The Knights Cheerleaders are a group of enthusiastic students who promote the Golden Knights spirit at games and other college events. The program is continuously growing and requires committed students who are passionate about cheerleading. Tryouts are typically held in the Fall Quarter.

Meet the Golden Knights Cheerleading Coach
Coach Natalie Clewell
Natalie Clewell is proud to return as head coach the cheerleading squad for West Georgia Technical College’s Golden Knights. Mrs. Clewell cheered during high school in Cobb County, Georgia. She is the librarian for WGTC’s Douglas Campus. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia and her Master’s of Science from the University of Tennessee. Mrs. Clewell has been a librarian since 2007. She and her husband Tim enjoy traveling, and outdoor activities such as hiking.
