WGTC expanded in 1978 and Building B was added to the campus.

Building B houses the Office of the Clark-Holder Clinic School of Health Sciences; Accounting; Administrative and Business Office Technology; Management & Supervisory Development; Automotive Technology; Cuilinary Arts; Fire Science Technology; Cosmetology & Barbering; Plastics Technology and the Social Work Assistant program classes.

The Student Center is located in Building B which has a vending and concessions area, as well as a comfortable student lounge.

Building B is located directly behind Building A.
