The Center for Industrial Training was added to the WGTC campus in 1986.

Building C houses the Offices for Adult Literacy and GED, and the Georgia Fatherhood Program.

Program classes for Criminal Justice; Early Childhood Care and Education; Psychology; Commercial Truck Driving and Welding are held in Building C.

The Student Success Center, which has a seperate entrance is located at Building C.

Driving down Fort Drive, Building C is the 3rd building on the right and is located across from Building A.
