The Center for Technical Services was constructed and opened in 1995.

Academic program classes for Drafting, General Studies, Computer Information Systems, Electronics and Industrial Mechanical Systems are held in Building D.

The Campus Bookstore is also located in Building D.

Driving down Fort Drive, Building D is located on the right. Turning right at the first major driveway, you approach the Callaway Conference Center. Continue driving around to the backside of the building until you approach the parking lot.
