If your computer meets all requirements and your instructor is unable to help you with technical support, please submit your tech support request by accessing

Be sure to provide as much information as possible. Please complete the form by clicking on the online helpdesk link and then clicking the Create a New Request Form button on the helpdesk page.

Include the CRN# or Course Name/Number and your Instructor's Name in the the problem description. Failure to do so will prevent tech support from being able to address your problem.
