VOICES is published annually by West Georgia Technical College. The magazine seeks to showcase the best examples of the creativity that is alive and well at WGTC. We solicit submissions during the summer and fall quarters, compile and edit the magazine during the winter and spring quarters, and release the magazine at the end of spring quarter each year.
