MyWGTC Portal (Okta) Support

MyWGTC Portal (Okta) is a Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) application and will be used for access to TCSG Connect (formerly eCampus), Blackboard, Office 365, Outlook (student email), and Knighthawk Navigator.

Multi-factor Authentication is how we verify that it is you when you log in to MyWGTC Portal (Okta). See the drop down FAQ menus below to learn about MFA choices and how to set them up in MyWGTC Portal (Okta).

Okta Dashboard

  1. From a computer, go to MyWGTC Portal (Okta)
  2. Enter your WGTC email address then click “Next.” Your password will be your email password to sign in to “Okta.” If you are logging in for the first time, your password will be your date of birth with no dashes, If you are a new student, your initial password is your birthdate as follows: month, date and year, Ex: 01012001.  Sign In To Okta
  3. When complete, click the “Sign In” button.
  4. If you are a new user, you will begin by setting up a security question. Please click “Set up” and proceed to "How to Set Up my Security Question" FAQ below.
  5. Once you set up a security question, you may set up other Okta verification options from the Okta home screen.
