Enrollment Verification

How to Obtain Enrollment Verification for Housing, Insurance, and Employment

 

For currently enrolled students:

Verifications cannot be processed until AFTER the DROP/ADD period is over for each semester (4th day of the semester). Enrollment Verifications can take one-to-three business days to process.

If submitting between semesters, the request will be processed between the 4th day and 7th day of the following semester.

You can access the Enrollment Verification form by logging into MyWGTC Portal then clicking on Banner Web. Go to Student Services and Financial Aid -> Student Records. Click on Enrollment Verification.

 

For students requesting verification from previous semesters:

National Student Clearinghouse

West Georgia Technical College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications through a secure portal called Myhub.

What is Myhub?

Myhub is a free and secure online application provided by the National Student Clearinghouse. It provides access to your verified education records from all colleges and universities participating in Myhub and related self-service features.
