Enrollment Verification

How to Obtain Enrollment Verification for Housing, Insurance, and Employment


For currently enrolled students:

Verifications cannot be processed until AFTER the DROP/ADD period is over for each semester (4th day of the semester). Enrollment Verifications can take one-to-three business days to process.

You may request an Enrollment Verification Form for Housing, Insurance, and Employment by emailing from your student email to receive access to the form. If you are currently registered for classes and the semester has begun, then include your name, student ID number, and the current semester as that is the only semester we can process the Enrollment Verification for. If you requesting verification for a previous semester, please see below.



For students requesting verification from previous semesters:

National Student Clearinghouse

West Georgia Technical College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications through a secure portal called Myhub.

What is Myhub?

Myhub is a free and secure online application provided by the National Student Clearinghouse. It provides access to your verified education records from all colleges and universities participating in Myhub and related self-service features.
