• Spring 2026 - May 7th Murphy Campus Conference Center at 11 a.m.
• Spring 2026 - May 7th Callaway Conference Center at 6 p.m. 
• Summer 2026 - July 29th Murphy Campus Conference Center at 11 a.m.
• Fall 2026 - Callaway Conference Center at 11 a.m.
• Fall 2026 - Murphy Campus Conference Center at 6 p.m.  

Our graduation ceremonies last approximately one hour.  

Ceremony Address

Guests Information 

• Tickets are required for guest entry. 
• Every student has a limited number of tickets to distribute to guests; please see your graduate for instructions on how to obtain your tickets. 
• Children who can sit in an adult’s lap do not require tickets. 
• If a guest requires special accommodations (which can be but are not limited to: wheelchair access, sign language interpreter, etc.), please email registrar@westgatech.edu.  
• Guests will be permitted to enter the graduation ceremony space approximately one hour prior to the ceremony. 
• The ceremony will be live-streamed on the main WGTC college website (www.westgatech.edu). Streaming will begin about thirty minutes before the ceremony. 
• There will be a section outside of the conference room for children who cannot sit through the ceremony to be accompanied by their parent/guardian/adult member of their party. Coloring supplies will be provided.  
• Please do not bring into the Conference Center: 
  • Glitter 
  • Confetti 
  • Helium balloons  
  • Live animals (other than working service animals) 
  • Air horns 
  • Other noise makers 
  • Outside food and drink (other than water) 

• Guests are allowed to take pictures during the ceremony.
