The Advising Center at West Georgia Technical College is here to support students in achieving their academic goals. Through advising, students can make informed decisions and develop an academic plan that best fits their needs. Ways to Contact the Advising Center During Business Hours
Contact us Monday–Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the following ways:

Or see us In-person during walk‑in hours at any of our five main campuses. Walk‑in availability for each campus is listed in the chart below. Note: In‑person meetings do not require an appointment. If your campus is closed for walk‑ins and you need to speak with an advisor face‑to‑face immediately, you may use the Advising Student Kiosk (A.S.K.) to connect with an advisor via video phone during the business hours listed above.
