Guests Information
- Tickets are required for guest entry.
- Every student has a limited number of tickets to distribute to guests; please see your graduate for instructions on how to obtain your tickets.
- Children who can sit in an adult’s lap do not require tickets.
- If a guest requires special accommodations (which can be but are not limited to: wheelchair access, sign language interpreter, etc.), please email registrar@westgatech.edu.
- Guests will be permitted to enter the graduation ceremony space approximately one hour prior to the ceremony.
- The ceremony will be live-streamed on the main WGTC college website (www.westgatech.edu). Streaming will begin about thirty minutes before the ceremony.
- Please do not bring into the Conference Center:
- Glitter
- Confetti
- Helium balloons
- Live animals (other than working service animals)
- Air horns
- Other noise makers
- Outside food and drink (other than water)
- Guests are allowed to take pictures during the ceremony.
Graduating this Semester?
Please first fill out the graduation application. If you have been approved to graduate, then about two months prior to the ceremony, you will receive an email to your student email with the password associated with the ceremony you have chosen.
