Not sure you’re ready to pass the test and don’t want to risk the money to find out? Register for one of our free GED classes and get the help you need to earn your GED and get on with life! Students participating in WGTC Adult Education classes are eligible for GED Testing Scholarships (requirements apply). Students can also access a variety of resources and opportunities to improve college and work skills. Also, WGTC Adult Education students who earn a GED can participate in one of the college’s two annual GED graduations.
GED Test Registration
To register for the GED® test, go to www.ged.com or call 1-877-EXAM-GED. Test dates are ongoing and can be accessed by logging into the registration site. If you have problems with the online registration or if you do not have access to a computer; then call 1-877-EXAM-GED and PearsonVue will help you with the registration process.
The GED Test is in four parts, and the cost of each part is $40, for a total of $160 to complete the full exam. Students must pass all four portions of the exam to earn a GED credential. See our FAQs for more information on GED Testing.

All WGTC GED® Pearson Test centers listed above accept walk-in testers as space allows. You need to already have created your profile at www.ged.com completely before coming to the site. You must bring a non-expired, state-issued ID and a debit or credit card for test fee payment.
